What we don't do.
- We don't sell for youYou sell as usual. The contract of sale, bidding and client funds stay with you. lagom.haus is not registered with the Swedish Estate Agents Inspectorate (Fastighetsmäklarinspektionen) and does not broker purchases.
- No exclusivityThe property can stay everywhere you have it today.
- No commitmentThere is no contract to sign to take part.
- Removed whenever you likeAn email to hej@lagom.haus is enough.

If we ever bring you a buyer, we will talk openly about a small fee, in advance.

We are new, and honest about it.
lagom.haus is a new website. Behind it is Athmos Media OÜ in Tallinn, and the contact person is Cedric Radeke, hej@lagom.haus. We have no figures on visitors or buyers to show yet, and we won't make any up.

What does it cost?
Listing is free. If we ever bring you a buyer, we will talk openly about a small fee, in advance.
Do I lose control of the sale?
No. You sell as usual. The contract of sale, bidding and client funds stay with you, and we decide nothing on your behalf. You can see enquiries from interested buyers on your own page.
Who are the buyers?
People from Germany, Austria and Switzerland who want to buy a house in Sweden. Every one of them has talked to us before contacting you: we have gone through budget, financing and timeline.
Do I have to give exclusivity?
No. There is no exclusivity and no commitment. Advertise the property wherever you like, and it can be with us at the same time.
How do I remove a property?
Send an email to hej@lagom.haus and we will take it down. You can do that at any time.
