Sweden is big, and every area feels different: coast or lakes, south or north, a city nearby or silence. Most people do not yet know the differences and their pros and cons. We are your guides: we explain the regions from the coast to the far north, with winter, price level and drive times from the ferry, the bridge and the airport. With our region test and a conversation we work out which one fits your everyday life.

The right property from real listings.
We go through listings with you and introduce you to registered Mäklare. We translate the listing, assess surroundings and location and prepare the viewing with you.

Check and buy
Survey, bid, contract. Calmly, in your language.
Sweden has no notary, and the contract is in Swedish. We read the survey, the bid and the contract with you, prepare the talk with the bank and guide you until you hold the keys to your first house in Sweden.

Keys, electricity, neighbours. We stay reachable.
After that comes the service you get from us on top: personal number, bank account, BankID, school, electricity, the first winter. We go through the authorities with you and stay reachable.
